holidays have started since yesterday.
im feeling happy/sad/whatever.
i want to go back school and study in class.
i miss 208 alot,lot more than last year.
time can heal everything,can also change everything.
now,i feel that i have had a great passion for 208.
maybe because of the people enthu-ness or maybe our class have been mor bonded than before.
which is a good thing.
alot of things have been happening,which bonded 208 together.
like our vision:
"a responsible and respectful class who goes through thick n thin and battle challenges together."

i miss alot of people in class.
but we will surely meetup.
because got project and some outings,YEAH!
th projects are killing me manxc.
a really tight schedule manxc.
only have 1 week and have to complete 4 projects.
still adding on to the pressure.
wth,stress man.
i have gotta complete all my homework by this week.
but most probably cant.
a very big big big task.
but i am meeting pris to do homework later,maybe.

PROJECTS AND HOMEWORK ARE DRIVING MAD MAD MAD!

mdm wang want all the chinese homework to be in by fri,if not our parents will be informed.
mrs wong wants all the corrections done by fri!
history skit had not practised yet!
everyone just wanna eat n eat,they dont really care about it anyway.
the script's half done
at first the chem meetup was very successful but something just happened.
dont kno if it was a good thing anot.

there's too many things happening already.
i just couldnt take it anymore.
maybe,from all these dumb stuff,i had learnt a very important lesson.
"never take stuff too hard,you will only be the one suffering."
i always think that doing what im supposed to do is already what i can do.
what else do you all want from me?
i had already tried my very best in helping all of you,what else do you want from me?
just because a bloodly meetup session of 2h,i had to make 30 over calls.
is it that difficult to just settle it?
just do what you all needa do and thats all.
i dont need you to do alot,or rather oif you could just coperate with us.

you prefer your team than your project.
then jollly well go back to your buddy group manxc.
dont make our lives so miserable.
we all have our own time that rightfully belongs to us.

i havent been blogging for a SUPEERRRR long time.Well, guess what! ITS GONNA BE CHINESE NEW YEAR! (Hello angbaos!) Laughs.Today had school, 2 periods of English. :/ Bt mskoh says tt it was mean of her to let us study,so we decided to discuss about class tee. But alot of peeps r not participating :/ class tee making not successful :(

Then had celebration/ceremony/concert @ hall. There was Chinese Orchestra, Guzheng, Break Dancing, Chinese Dance, Lion Dance & Teachers singing (!) & th last part,everyone high-ed together(:Mr kieu sang 当你孤单你会想起谁(!). Th atmosphere s very warm,really very warm.i started to miss my teachers,friends,clique(L) & th happy memories i had. And also in nhhs.

Kailyn waited for me at tiong for like 30min plus. Sorry, concert ended late! :( then mrt-ed to bugis. Went to take neos then chit chat. Then went home. I had some stuff to settle. Long time never meetup le :( im missing 6A'07(!)

and xmas was less of a trouble.that little spoiled brat created less trouble,she's behaving well.

went to jurongpoint with jesslyn to have breakfast and we walk walk around.then saw the fairprice xtra,then went to shop inside.we saw fbts and its like so expensive! NDF is like 11.90 while DF is 14.90!i rather go queens and buy.then went to expo with my aunt in the afternoon.went to eat orange julius.i ordered pepperoni,its tastes super heavenly(: im in love with pepperoni hotdog bun & tsubasa chronicles.

1st thing,
HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY TO NICOLETTE(:

you're finally 14!muhahaha.

2nd thing,shall post about my trip
went to east coast park with cousins,& my aunt & uncle.went to rent bicycles.then cycled with sharmaine and shuyun,the sporty ones.long time never cycled,my legs dont seem to be very active.yay,should exercise more alrighty.then 1st round,we cycled to the right then rested at the restaurant.it had nice french fries and unlimited refills of soft drinks.woah.me & my two cousins went to buy a set meal each,then ate and kept refilling.then went to cycle again,but all of us were tired of cycling,so we decided to stop at a far place to play water.then went to play water.brrr.the cold cold freezing water.then suddenly the sky became very dark,its starting to rain.wth.we ran to our bicycles,barefooted!then quickly chiong back with our bicycles,lots of people are also running.

then reached the restaurant.we quickly wore our shoes outside the restaurant.then went in,drenched.we rented the bicycles for 2hours but we only cycled for 1hour or less(including the playing water time).wasted our money.like 10bucks.wth.then went to do pedicure,which was just like beside that resturant.then we went and my aunt and uncle went to starbucks.the pedicure is cool!got free drinks(again) then still got tv to watch:).then went to return the bicycles.hohoho.overall were quite funn,honestly.

then went to washroom to change.then went to chinatown pearl tower(i think).then went to buy clothes.thanks aunty and uncle for treating me.then went to imm,ate dinner at ajisen.then went to bossini to buy clothes(again).but me and my two cousins went to eat ice cream then went to the playground.lol.super lame.see 3 idiots playing there.then went home

went to meet xinlin at lakeside then went to my house then went to je.then after that,went to jurong point to eat.jurongpoint had become a damn lot bigger! uber cool.went to banquet for lunch and shopped around for a while.then bought a bag each from zinc.then went to clementi to meet siying.woah.she's late,and she said she's taking taxi there.then i saw her silvery wallet! it is damn long,longer than other long wallets.really uber long.COOL! then went to bugis.

went to bugis BHG.xinlin bought nicolette's birthday present.then i bought my cousin's christmas present.then went to take neos.one machine is nice but the others suckky.the second one is terrrible.super plain and had litle time to decorate.and there's double screen somemore.we kept shifting up and down.then went to bugis street walk walk.i love the tees there.i bought 3 of them while xinlin bought 2? the tees were very nice & also cheap.we also bought necklace.then went to the childrens' arcade. it's super super FUNN.we changed only 5dollars but played like mad.and we won alot of tickets.we played and the other children were looking at us play.LOL.lik so embarrassing.then went to action city,xinlin bought slime,i never buy any thing.then went to gift a name,we bought a keychain each.then i was like freaking tired,thanks to all those playing and walking.

then we tapped our cards at 5pm.then sat at the stone chair talk crap.we left there at about 545pm?! then took mrt back to lakeside.then went to mac to eat,then walked around.then went back to my home,we played scrabble.i took the letters and actually formed my name!muhahahah.then my mum came home.then we played computer and saw some damn weird videos on youtube.then took some pictures.slept at around 11plus.we sqeeuzed on the single size bed!COOL!

she managed to get a job then i got my swensens treat.then we went to westmall for swensens.i ordered filet and ice cream.damn expensive.kinda hate westmall.then after that,went to play arcade,the neoprint machine in the arcade is really suckyy.really suckyy.only gt four pictures.then the shooting time is like damn fast.then when printed the picture like so damn blurrr.wth.no wonder 3bucks only.then i go throw the neos into the rubbish bin.LOL.then went to bugis to take neos.

2nd post of th day:D

HEY people,please tag my tagboard,it s like getting dead.maybe th owner,me myself, is also going to be dead.

yesterday,talked on msn so happily with some people,then suddenly saw my watch.walau! i m LATE for job interview.i logged out in a big rush,then chiong-ed out of the house,then saw my neighbour,then asked if he could long-bang me go.then he happily agreed.then reached the internet cafe.i sat there,then the auntie was like acting dao,what the heck.she asked me stupid questions like birthdate and what i like,when it is all written down on my portfolio.LOL.then interviewed le,shuold be their break time,then the auntie asked if i can work straight away?then i go say ok,then she call me pour drinks for the people,take note of the time and also register the peoples' names,like so slack,haha.then got one big big television there,then i like enjoying my time watching tv.

then worked for 3hours. thats really called easy money.then homed,msg-ed kelly.she was like asking me if i knew her dance senior,evelyn.then i dont even know her.i only know two of her seniors ba,yin kar and jiaen and thats all.then she say most of her dance seniors know me,then i like shocked or something.then my birthday have to treat a lot of people in this case.i only need to add GB and 108/208 people then my friends{?} from other classes then maybe some seniors{?}, and my pri sch seniors{?},then still add on to her seniors when they know me and i dont know them{?}.then i will be broke again when my birthday is over.what the.

only 106 DAYS to my birthday.and i had to treat so many people?! like some social club or some big organisation.LOL.or i should just book a chalet then let everyone in.but like very weird.the chalet also cannot contain so many people anyway.aiya.why life so luan de.what the heck.

i just counted the amount of money i had saved from last month until now.i like only spent 302.84...% of the money i had earned,excluding the pocket money.an improvement,an a bigger step to me chalet.for kbox: i just need to work for another like 6 more internet cafe.then chalet,a long long way i think. but i am sure to earn enough by the end of the holidays.

maybe,if got enough money,i will .depends on my situation.treat pizza/~~ice cream~~ cake to 108 & GB people and the people i know/the people who know me{?}. lma0.then treat kbox to my k-ing people, pris,wanling,limhui and trixie,or maybe more people,if i could.but the treat must be done.but i just worry about the kbox or chalet.nevermind,i will ask for people suggestion then i go consider.i must do more part time jobs le.

HELLO PEEPs,i am offically posting again.feel like closing down the blog,because no time to update,but nevermind.shall see to it first.i was freaking busy,working part-time jobs,just wanting to earn more money.i am saving up to open a chalet or a bbq or a kbox session for my birthday with my friends,which is like 3 months or less days to go.wth.my mum says that i spent too much money le.so i had to earn money myself.i dont think i can save up to so much if i keep earning money and spending money like siao.i will still go out with people,but i will only limit myself to 30bucks per trip.thats all.aiya,i want a chalet or kbox session,bbq is not rather appealing to me,i just hate bbqs.

sigh...i missed the laserquest,108 bbq and the kbox session,thanks to th pri sch seniors and the part time jobs.but nevermind,i shall get them all back when it comes to my birthday.i am thinking of opening a kbox session with some people.maybe they will pay 5-10bucks 9for my current situation).or a chalet 15-18bucks(for my current situation).or maybe a bbq at my condo,that will be F-O-C.i can provide the food and they can provide the tidbits(:

that senior sound so gay.no comments on that,and i slept for another like 15+min when my handphone rang again.he said a lot of stuff like so luan,because i am not the only 1 on the line,there were like 5-6 people on the line.i was thinking,"siao ar those people,wake up so early?" then they finally confirmed the details,and that gay senior asked us to take out paper and pen to jot down.wth.it clashed into my class bbq.ar...i dont even know what to do.

then i start calling people to ask if they going class bbq(the people probably not going).then i found out that got a lot of boys never go,then xinlin and others also not going.but all my good friends were all going.taymin,trixie,kelly,jerlene,limhui,wanling,regina,lijie,priscilla,iris,ruonan and still got others.then at first feel like going but very little people will be going,like less than the previous bbq?!last time was like 26 people,excluding mskoh,enjue,jensi.then now less than 20 people(most possible),excluding misskoh.cos engjue and jensi got tution the cant go.super sian,like so little people,feel like bringing other seniors but scared they not happy.then dont go.then went for the bbq with seniors

then met them at 230pm at je mrt.i saw my ex-seniors.got some go jcs le.then waited for like a few more people then we went to chevrons.whoa,got a lot of people there also.all seniors-.- like some seniors gathering.seniors from all ccas.then found my friends(same level).then sticked together like a group.it is like seniors and 5 juniors bbq.wth.then xinyi senior,my dear dear emo senior, walked to us and said :" you all very cute lehh,always together de,go toilet also" then she walked away laughing like crazy.then bbq time,the seniors go bbq food for us.so nice of them. then played games,but the seniors like go seperate us up into different groups.then played mini games,ice breaking.we were like tntroducing ourselves,and all the seniors know each other,like so idiotic,they keep picking ont the juniors. then knew the seniors(most) like after a while. then talk talk talk eat eat eat play play play.very fun.we gossiped about our teachers,so poor thing.

then amanda senior asked us to play haunted house.i still remembered the first time i played haunted house with 108people and the 0C camp.the 108 haunted house is so fun.we managed to scare alot of people in the morning in the classroom.esp regina.she was like so shocked,LOL.then 0C's one is quite okay.the classes after us all didnt get a chance to play.i still remember i saw S.K acting as the juilet for the 0c's open house.

then all of us went home.joanne senior is damn sweet.she asked me where i lived and offered me a ride home.then her bf was like so damn bs,his face very dao.then she dont care him,then long-banged me,huimin senior,claudia senior home.omg.she is damn sweet man,the sweetest senior i had seen.she bbq-ed food for us,long-banged us home,and her voice is super sweet,and and she is freaking chio.but her bs like very dao.psps:( i should have studied and gone to nanyang girls.sigh...and also joined drama club.i had missed such a nice nice nice senior=( saddist i think.
i got alot of seniors' numbers,like so many,i like some how forgot some of them.but nevermiid,next year still have this kind of bbq.i can also go out with my ex-seniors,and joanne senior<3 will be going too.she promised me.i know that she wont give empty promises. but NANHUAHIGH is still very nice,got alot of friends and an enthu class and a nice cca w/ a not so nice teacher IC.

i took up 4 jobs in a week! at first wanted to work at the macdonalds near my house,the one at the cc.then i went and saw someone damn familiar.shanyi! then she go waved at me then the auntie asked her if i was her friend.i was like damn shocked,then da-bao-ed breakfast and cancelled the mac job from my "working list".then i spent one whole day walking around from boonlay mrt to bugis mrt(but i skipped some).some very long hours,then i cant do.some the pay is like so unreasonable.one hour like 5bucks,then work for like 2hours daily?! some the place like so damn ulu ulu de.but at least managed to find 4 jobs.hehe=) so shuang.i will be busy from tomorrow onwards.i will be working daily.but mostly all in the morning,cos no one waked up so early unlike me(: i took up 2jobs that start work at 730 and the other 715?! chaos but nevermind,my ahgong say that it is good then he long-bang me go work.haha.

hello.2nd post of the day.shall post about my schedule.firstly,woke up at 8+am.i m LATE for work.quickly chiong-ed and rushed for a taxi.i m already HORRIBLY LATE for my first day of work.wth.the taxi driver dont know the place then i also dont know the place.then we keep playing merry-go-rounds around the whole bukit batok.wtf.then finally found the place.the taxi fare is like $10+.i have not start my work then already wasted so much money.then went to report for work.saw aunty sharonn already downstairs waiting for me.she looked piss-ed off.

aunty sharonn: my dear girl,do you know what time is it now?
me: erm...855
aunty sharonn: ya.u r late for 25 min.
me: sorry.i didnt mean to.the taxi driver bring me play merry go rounds.
aunty sharonn: so how?should i deduct ur pay?
me: no,i spent alot of money on the taxi fee le

then helped aunty sharonn carried the bags and bags of cupcakes up and down from the 6th floor to the 1st floor.then aunty sharonn was drinking her kopi-o.wth.nevermind,$$$ more important.then kept doing,now my arms and leg muscles all going cramp already.i carried like dont know 100+ bags.then when going end,aunty sharonn said that the rest of the cupcakes were to be brought to the van.then i volunteerily helped her.that was mmuch much much more than the ones to be brought to the cakeshop.then finally $$$! she counted by how many bags of cupcakes i had carried.to cakeshop is 150.then to the van is 200++actually the van part should not count ,money.but aunty sharonn say must.i did from 9am to 12noon.then so happy.then she gave me extra money as GST.lol.and it was ample to cover my taxi fares.yeah.money is flowing into huili's pocket like tsunami,and also flowing out like lava.

then aunty sharonn long-banged me to westmall.then i met up with sharmaine cousin<3.we went to food court to makan.then i went to buy drinks and saw joan joan joan<3.long time never see her ever since dont know which parade le.ate already then went to walk walk with sharmaine cousin around westmall.then found out that the arcade got neoprint machine.but it really very suckyy.the time damn fast.thenthe neos all like so plain.tsk.then bought a few clothings to wear.need go for dinners and weddinggs and alot of stuff.then need nice nice clothes to wear.sharmaine the taste realy damn good.she also bought a few for herself.haha.money flows out easilybut i am still not broke yet.muhahaha.i am saving up for the cruise ride with my dearest michelle cousin.

i shall post about yesterday first. we practiced fancy drill again.i like keep seeing NCC people doing morning workups and drill,they even did something called "om?".i had no idea whats that.after the static drill,we played hide-and-seek.lol.i walked past the NCC people who were "mourning" and asked wanling.

me: "you can talk or not?"
wanling: "no,i can't talk"
me: "ok,so BYEBYE"

then i heard from wanling that the NCC people told the officers that they also want to play hide-and-seek.but their officers just said "they are GB,we r NCC" lma0.a very big difference.then played game and practiced for fancy drill[again],home sweet home:D

TODAY is NANHUA OPEN HOUSE! at first,at home,i could not find my nametag.i was so frantic,running around looking for my nametag.luckily,i found it in my papa'a car.then long banged trixie to school.we rehearsed for fancy drill and did a little bit of static drill.then played some games.i saw alot of my friends,taymin,regina,iris,priscilla,wanling,kelly and lotsssssss.nh open house is like some gathering,lol.then performed for the "first shift" which was at 11+am.then watched other CCAs performance.i really like BB's performance,so cool! but i like NCC's unity.then,"second shift" at 2+pm,which was the last time.at the back part,we did a mistake.the people at the back coould not hear the command.but jesse lim said that our drill had improved since last year.HIP HIP HOORAY! the drill is really good,a great great great improvement from first time.JIAYOUx!

then pumped under the rain for punishment.wth.we all were like retards-.- then went to find priscilla and wanling and trixie.we walked and saw terence.omg!he just said my name so loudly and with action that i screamed damn loud.wth.wanling,priscilla and trixie were like laughing like siao.we walked and chit-chatted along the way.we said a lot of bad stuff about erhm.then just missed 185,thn waited like a damn long time for the next one.we boarded the bus and priscilla told wanling to bbreak the code in her handphone.wanling thought that it was some number combination.lol.i just typed something and i HACKED it!muhahaha. then wanling alighted,then me n trixie,only priscilla on the bus.BYEBYE.then went to cut hair with trixie.tis is the 9th time i had cut my hair from june until now.siao.then drank bubble tea.then said bye to trixie also.

anymay,108'08 BBQ is on next sunday,30 nov.asked engjue and jensi already.but they not free because got tuition.sad sad sad.must wait until net year then can go sauna with them with wanling and limhui.we are going to have an endurance test.haha

HELLOHEYYO!!i was sleeping so smoothly tis morning when my mum & my maid pulled me into the bathroom & gave me a cool morning splash.what the,the water is like so freezing that i caught a flu.

then went to school,as usual,for preparation for open house again.huixin & michelle changed the plan again,no more UMBREALLAssss!haha.today's drill was really kinda slack and tiring.just mixed feelings.we drilled and also had fun watching other ccas drill,esp BB.they drill got style,like some dancing club or something.its really very cool,we still cheered for them.keke.during breaks,we kept talking about teachers with sophia,wenhui and xiaofen.LOL.very funny.

seniors dragged our time from 12nn to like 1230.then walked to clementi mrt with szeying,jiehui,christabel,sharon,xinyi and rosamund.then we spilted up.szeying,jiehui and xinyi went to eat at some place.rosamund went to jurong point,christabel mrt-ed home and me and sharon went to sumo-house.saw wenhui,xiaofen,lee qing,belvia and kangli,then sat with them.wenhui keep see-ing the themes in my hp,but she dont know how to use=.- then sayo-nara.wenhui go do cip,xiaofen go jurong point,then the rest,go home?

went bugis with sharon.walk walk and walk until 3pm.then i went lavendar mrt to meet my mum.i am finally getting my passport.i had gotten the queue number,but my mum was not there.i actually went to queue for another number and it is like a difference of 158people.wth.i waited and waited and waited like some retards.i reached at 3.10 but left at 5+.siao.and it was raining still.then homed with mum to eat dinner.

YEAH!i m finally back from the horrible camp.
omg.it was horrible,terrible n vegetable.
food was okayy,but water is diuted.no taste,esp that milo,milky one
the camp has lots of bugs,millipedes,slugs n lizards n other.ewww
now i know that gb love to play with FOOD!
i MISS my dear friends man,my hp n my dear com!

FRIDAY
reached the campsite
told to put our bags in the OPEN-AIR dorms
OPEN AIR, OPEN AIR, OPEN AIR.wth
squad 4 share dorm with squad 3
can hear the aeroplanes fly past.cool:D
keep drilling n drilling n drilling for that day
after meals,we were always late for reporting.
must pump on the rocky n sandy floor.
so pain,thn a lot of ppl gt bruises.wth
thn bathed around 11pm.
the toilet doors cant even be locked.wth
people have to hold the doors for each other.
thn the best part comes.NAP TIME!
thought that it will be a good night sleep
yixin n joanne senior woke us up n told us to fall in
they only told our dorm to sing twinkle twinkle little star,blah blah black sheep n nh sch song
LOL.that part was funny
then went to sleep again.

SATURDAY
woke up at 615am.
after breakfast,drill test
aft our drill test was sec2s drill test
they drill super cool,dressing oso damn neat:D
sec3s din take the drill test.
they only have 4 people,cant form a contingent
aft that,have some fancy drill.lol
preparation for nh open house n drill com
then lunch-ed,played sleeping bag chest
played another yucky game
we had to put our hands into the container.
ewwww.vehh slimy stuff.yuck yuck yuck man
gt dead salted fish,rotten raisin,rotten banana(slices),starch water water,salted vegetables
still got lots,forget le,damn gross
played another spining game
my head went giddy,damn it
then prepared for a skit
we had to sing amazing grace n that da bian thing
then total defence thing
haha.vehh funny
other groups were vehh funny too
dined n played a quiz game
we had a difficult time guessing the answers
huixin was not there,no senior in our squad.sad man
SLEEP again
halfway through the night,wewere told to fall in at 3am!
we fall in then fall out then went to sleep again.lol
joan was always sleepy n counting down to the end of camp

SUNDAY
last day le.
went for singspiration then drilled again
played captains ball with FOOD & soap
gt apple,orange,pear,cucumber,papaya,tomato,rotten bananas,n lots were used as balls to throw n catch
the food were always smashed when thrown on the floor
wastage of food leh
then our bodies n hands were filled with the juices of the food.ar....
lunched and did area cleaning.
the sec2s cleaned the toilets
sec1s n 3s are aupposed to clean th dorms
but sec3s helped the sec2s instead
they quite helpful actually.
jlim told us that we will be having 2 cca days.wth
still gt xtra days to go back to school
busier than before.
i think i nid to re-schedule my time again
yeah! then home sweet home.
mine is not.i m just waiting the time i can get my hp back.

INSURER AIA Singapore went into damage control mode on two fronts yesterday after two days of near-mayhem at its service centre.

It took out full page advertisements in local newspapers reiterating that it could meet all policyholder obligations.

And it has agreed to waive the usual penalties for reinstatement of policies if customers cash out but later change their minds.

It also announced last evening that its executive vice-president and general manager, Mr Mark O'Dell, has resigned with immediate effect.

Fewer than 2,600 plans have been terminated over the past two days, despite thousands of worried policyholders flocking to its offices, apparently keen to cash out.

The insurer said in a statement yesterday that less than 0.1 per cent of total policies in force were surrendered. AIA has 2.6 million policies in total.

The new scheme - called the policy conservation programme - applies to whole life and endowment policies. Policyholders who surrender their policies this week - Sept 15 to Sept 19 - can reinstate their plans without penalties. They will also not have to submit evidence of insurability such as health reports.

Written requests for reinstatement must be received by AIA within 14 days of the date of surrender.

'These policies will be reinstated in full as if they had never been surrendered. No interest will be charged on back premium and/or cash value returned to AIA,' said the insurer.
'Any dividends will be re-deposited into the policyholder's account and interest will continue to be accrued from the date of reinstatement.'

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) welcomed the AIA move. It also reiterated that AIA has sufficient assets in its insurance funds to meet its liabilities to policyholders and urged customers not to act rashly.

Mr Low Kwok Mun, MAS' executive director (insurance supervision), said: 'Policyholders should not act hastily to terminate their insurance policies as they may suffer losses from the premature termination and lose the insurance protection they may need.'
The Life Insurance Association (LIA) urged members yesterday not to take this opportunity to poach AIA customers.

'The LIA takes very seriously any attempt by distributors to target AIA policyholders and advise them to surrender or replace their policies,' it stated.
'[We] would remind customers that life insurance products are designed for certain durations, and that therefore there are significant disadvantages if they are terminated early.'
The efforts to ease concerns seem to have had an effect with only a small queue of customers lining up at AIA's offices yesterday.

The firm has also devised a more effective crowd control measure. They limited the number of policyholders who would be attended to at the Finlayson Green service centre to 500 yesterday.
By contrast it handed out about 1,000 queue numbers on Wednesday, which kept service staff flat out until 12.30am.

'We can't handle so many customers. We need our rest so we can continue to work the next day,' a tired AIA staff told The Straits Times yesterday.

AIA was prepared to give out 400 queue numbers in advance for today's appointments. By 2pm, 200 queue numbers were snapped up.

Policyholder Ms Soh, 50, was disappointed to be given a number and told to return at 11am today. She wanted to surrender two policies, one a 21-year endowment plan.

AIA staff will be contacting policyholders who surrendered their whole life and endowment plans during the week to ask if they wish to reinstate their policies. Policyholders can also call its hotline 6248 8355.
